The Lancaster Insurance Classic Motor Show Tour in association with Zenith Watches

Visitors were part of the UK’s biggest and best classic motoring celebration and enjoyed the adventure of driving their Classic Car, super car or car of interest in the new Lancaster Insurance Classic Motor Show tour - straight to the show!

With parking in a dedicated car park and access to the HERO Premier Members VIP hospitality area on the HERO Stand at the show, this was something not to be missed!

How did they take part in the Lancaster Insurance Classic Motor Show Tour?

Chose which day they wanted to drive into the show:

  • Friday 11th November 
  • Saturday 12th November
  • Sunday 13th November

Chose a starting point:

The tour fee included:

  • Entry to the tour for a crew of two people
  • Additional passengers can come along as well *
  • Souvenir tulip road book & map book supplied
  • Sat nav coordinates also supplied (for those that don’t wish to navigate!)
  • A route of between 80 and 100 miles (depending upon start point)
  • Souvenir tour plate (two)
  • Personalised name tags and VIP access passes to the HERO Premier Members hospitality area over the two days
  • Entry to the show on arrival day
  • Voucher for lunch at the show on arrival day
  • Two show tickets for the following day**
  • Finishers certificate and souvenir
  • HERO assist on route – basic mechanical assistance
  • Dedicated car parking area at the show
  • Tour host at start venue

 

Route Design:

The Route of around 80 – 100 miles has been designed avoiding major traffic areas en route to the NEC whilst using, in the main, roads that are enjoyable to drive in your Classic Car. Narrow “Yellows” will be avoided wherever possible.

Timed at a leisurely 30 mile per hour, or less, crews will take up to four hours to arrive at the NEC in the dedicated parking area relaxed and ready to enjoy the show.
