The Citroen Car Club is promising show-goers a fine display, and on Stand 535 in Hall 5, you’ll find amazing models like the DS and SM, along with the delightfully charming and ever-popular H-Van.
Prefer your classics to be of the more modest variety? Then make sure you seek out the Deux Chevaux Club of Great Britain who will be helping to celebrate the fiftieth anniversary of the Citroen Dyane. Often over-shadowed by the lovable 2CV, it thoroughly deserves recognition.
Another must-see is the stand of the Traction Owners Club which will be featuring examples of both France and Slough-built models, the latter including a rare 1930s Convertible and a Big 15.
Renault, too, are going to be well-represented with the Renault Classic Car Club bringing along a terrific range of models including an 8 Gordini, a 16, and a Dauphine.
And just as tempting are the joint stands of the Renault Alpine Club and Club Alpine Renault UK who have something very special to celebrate this year thanks to the much-anticipated arrival of the new Alpine A110. Likely to be the first opportunity for visitors to see this brand new sports car in the metal it’s guaranteed to draw a crowd. Don’t worry, though, as there will be classic models to admire, too.
It all happens in Hall 5 so make sure you head straight there to enjoy some ‘French fancies.’
