The Association of Heritage Engineers (AoHE) was founded to promote, support and facilitate the 'cascade' of our industry's skills and experience to a new generation of young people. We have broadened that aim with the creation of the Sustainable Skills Network, the aim of which is to combine the creative forces across all of the heritage. This about amplifying our industries, stressing how important the skills they possess are and why they will play such an important part of a future sustainable repair based future economy, where skills will quite literally shape futures.
