Roll Cage Manufacture & Fitting

Manufacturing and designing weld in roll cages to meet FIA, MSA or customer specifications, all cages are designed, manufactured and fitted “in house”. We use only genuine T45 and CDS tubing, milling certificates can be presented if required. If you cannot find exactly what you are looking for give us a call we can design the cage to suit you, one off projects and specials are welcome.

Fabrication Room

We don't just manufacture and fit roll cages, we also have a fabrication room to allow us preparation of body shell whether it being, seam welding shells, fabricating track control arms or modifying the body shell to enable more wheel travel, this is done all in house.

Work Shop

The main work shop allows customers a “one stop shop” after using the bead blasting, roll cage and fabrication facilities; why not have the shell built up ready to compete. Our workshop is manned by a team of experienced mechanics that have been in the motorsport trade for over 20 years. We also have a four wheel alignment/geometry system.

Machine Shop

A machine shop that never stops evolving, we now have a Mazak CNC Quickturn 200 lathe, XYZ Semi CNC Lathe and Miller.

Plastic Bead Blaster 

Plastic media paint removal, a non aggressive way to remove paint and body filler, without causing damage to the body shell like sand and dipping.
