Amy learned a lot from watching her dad restore cars, and says she never thought she'd have a Mk 1 Escort of her own. She wanted it to be 'stock with a twist' so it now boasts some interesting upgrades, including a Fiesta XR2i engine and a Mazda RX-8 gearbox.
