Sam is the editor of Classic Jaguar and will also edit Jaguar World from the start of 2024. But away from Jaguars, he has a passion for the sort of cars we all remember littering side streets in the 1990s and early 2000s. He has judged at every Festival of the Unexceptional since its inception in 2014, and has owned a number of dubious modern classics including a Daihatsu Applause, a P38a Range Rover, a Peugeot 305 van and five Rover 800s. An advocate of the unremarkable, Sam believes that the classic car scene is evolving and should not exclude anything that evokes rose-tinted memories.
