Celebrating 40 Years of the Ginetta G26 and More!
Ginetta Owners' Club
The Ginetta Owners' Club is marking the 40th anniversary of the iconic Ginetta G26 at this year's Classic Motor Show. Attendees will have the chance to see a range of rare and restored Ginetta models on display, including some that have never been showcased at the NEC before.
Here’s a sneak peek at the standout cars:
- 1985 Ginetta G26 – Purchased new but never registered, this car was stored for over 35 years and has only recently been given its first number plate to celebrate the G26's 40th anniversary.
- Ginetta G10 V8 Continuation – A rare continuation model built using an original body from the 1960s. Only two G10s were ever produced.
- 1968 Ginetta G15 – This beauty was originally built for the London Motor Show and has just completed a full restoration.
- 1973 Ginetta G21 – One of only 80 built, featuring the Rootes/Holbay engine, and making its first appearance at the NEC.
- Ginetta G33 – Known for its bright yellow color and roaring V8 engine, this fan favorite is one of around 100 ever made.
Visitors to the stand will also have the chance to learn about Alison Davis, Britain's first female motor racing champion, who drove the Ginetta G15. Plus, the stand is fully wheelchair-friendly, making it accessible for all.
