Air Cooled Are Us
Air Cooled Are Us are turning up the heat this year with five wildly modified VW Beetle variants, each showcasing just how versatile the iconic Bug can be — from off-road beasts to low-slung road huggers. Every car on display hails from the ’70s era and has been lovingly rebuilt by its owner, who’ll be on hand throughout the weekend to share the highs and lows of their personal projects.
A real highlight of the stand is Richard Hammond’s Top Gear / Grand Tour beach buggy, which visitors can sit in to experience it up close! Donations are welcomed for the show’s charity partner, Sporting Bears, with 100% of proceeds going directly to their children’s charities. After raising £196 last year with no advertising, the team are aiming to double that total this year.
