Celebrating 60 years of the Ford Cortina Mk2, this special anniversary display brings together three early examples, including a very special car with a direct link to the model’s 1966 launch.

Whilst all cars on this stand are debutants, one of the cars on display actually appeared at the Earls Court Motor Show in 1966, where the Mk2 Cortina was unveiled to the public for the first time. Joining it are two other early examples, creating a unique line-up that showcases the evolution and appeal of one of Britain’s most familiar family cars.

The club has embraced this year’s Debutante theme with a display designed to put the spotlight firmly on each individual car – giving visitors the chance to get up close to some particularly significant early Cortinas, including one that was there when the Mk2 first made its public debut 60 years ago.
