Launched in 1986, this Renault GTA V6 Turbo represents the first model produced under full Renault ownership, though due to trademark rights held by Chrysler, it couldn't originally be sold under the Alpine name in the UK.

Built on a steel backbone chassis clad in lightweight polyester and fiberglass, the GTA featured aerodynamic engineering with a drag coefficient as low as 0.28. Powering the rear wheels is a mid-mounted 2458cc V6 turbocharged engine equipped with a Garrett T3 turbo, pushing out 200 bhp through a Renault UN1 5-speed transaxle gearbox. Acquired in 2022 by its current owner, who had dreamt of owning one since 2002. This exceptionally well-maintained example is regularly driven, with just a few winter maintenance projects planned to keep it in peak condition.
