Previous project featured at NEC

When visiting the March 2023 Restoration show at the NEC, we recognised the above car on the Pride of Ownership stand, as being the project we completed in February 2020, immediately before lockdown. It was great to catch up with the owner and to see his enthusiasm for the car amongst his collection. When presented with this car it was fresh from the States, coloured red and not running. We were commissioned with getting it to MOT standard, retrimming it and repairing and painting the body. Having returned the car to its original colour via a bare metal respray and dealt with all the mechanical issues, we were fortunate to return the car to the owner, as a surprise for his partner, just before lockdown restricted our activities.
