OSF started in July 2004, South London by Darren Doughty who admired Old Skool Retro and Blue Oval.

OSF forums (https://www.oldskoolford.co.uk/) have adapted to changes in social media and still offer a place for OSF owners to share tips, stories and news plus helping each other around the world. Many OSF member cars have been featured in Retroford Magazine.

Scott Slavin and Christopher Deacon took over running the club and in 2013 OSF became a registered member club with the Federation of Historic British Vehicles (FBHVC) and have been recognised by the DVLA under their V765 scheme.

OSF’s continued presence at the NEC Classic Car show is due to our hard-working club members dedication to putting on amazing stands for people to visit at this prestigious event.

So, at the Classic Car Show 2026, come and support us celebrating OSF’s 22nd Birthday and has some old faces on stand again. 

We may be Old but we can still appreciate the finer Fords in life. Come and see us and we will take you back to your youth. The times of flares, wing collars, side burns (and that just Kellye), the suave and sophistication of the leather jacket, white t-shirt and greased back hair (that's Ian - but not the suave bit or sophistication), and finally the original sixties child, dressed in tailored Mod looks but with a hint to the hippy culture, man, and with one foot tapping to The Hollies or the Searches and the other foot ...... (that's Mark). We don't take life too seriously but we were new once just like our cars. 

So in a slight twist to NEC's theme this year OSF bring to you cars onto the stand that "were new to us all once and the NEC Classic Car Show in the good old days!"
