Club Stand News Form

All we need from you is to fill out this 5-minute form on your stand information. This includes cars that will be on your stand, some high-quality photos and any other notable features e.g. a tribute to a car designer by having numerous models created by them.

What do you get?

• If you provide high-quality news, along with at least 1 high-quality image, before 18 September 2025, you will receive 2 additional wristbands.
• If you submit the form before 9 October 2025, you will receive 1 extra wristband.

Even if you miss the deadline, we still encourage you to send us the filled-out form with your club news, as it will be promoted on our marketing platforms pre-show, building excitement, and attracting visitors to your stand.

Why do we want this information? 

This is the organic pre-show information that our visitors need to know before deciding whether they come to the show. The attractions on your stand are a huge selling point, so, if you help us promote it, it will be a bigger and better show for both of us.
