100 Years of Maserati Racing: One Stand, Four Eras of Speed

In 1926, the legendary Maserati Tipo 26 crossed the finish line to secure a class victory on its very first outing, setting a high standard for a century of motorsport excellence. To mark this milestone, the Maserati club is hosting a stand that bridges four distinct eras of racing dominance.

Visitors can trace the brand's track evolution from pre-war icons like the 4CS and the breathtaking 1950s 300S, all the way to the modern era. The star of the stand is undoubtedly the brand-new MCXtrema, a track-only monster that continues Maserati's 100-year legacy of winning debuts and stands out as one of the most exciting additions to this year's lineup.
 

None of these Morris Minors have ever been to the NEC

Celebrating 50 years of dedicated preservation, the Morris Minor Owners Club is bringing a display where every single stand car is making its debut at the NEC:

• The Trans-European 1965 Traveller: A veteran of a 4,000-mile road trip across Europe in a single journey—proving the endurance of classic British engineering.
• The "Trigger's Broom" 1967 Saloon: A beautifully restored saloon rebuilt so comprehensively over the years that its owner affectionately compares it to the famous Only Fools and Horses paradox.

Three Generations of RX-7 Icons 

The Mazda Rotary Club is celebrating the legacy of Mazda's flagship sports car by bringing together all three generations of the legendary RX-7:

• 1st-Gen FB Series 3: Making its debut at the show, representing the raw early years of rotary performance.

• 2nd-Gen FC Turbo II Cabriolet: Another show debutant, offering a perfect blend of 1980s turbo power and open-top motoring.

• 3rd-Gen FD RX-7: A ultra-rare, fully original, and completely unmodified UK-spec model that serves as a time capsule for 1990s Japanese design.

Beyond the cars, the stand features a working single-rotor engine model. It gives visitors a rare chance to see the mechanics in action and finally understand how that famous spinning Wankel triangle delivers smooth high-rpm power.

Air Cooled Are Us: Buggies, Beetles, and Dream Rides

The air-cooled VW community is bringing maximum variety, showcasing everything from bone-standard original Beetles to wild, fully modified off-road buggies. Out of the six vehicles on the Air Cooled Are Us stand, five have never been displayed at the show before. This includes a custom off-road buggy fresh out of a complete rebuild, making its first public appearance anywhere.

Even better, you do not have to just admire them from behind the rope. One of their custom beach buggies is participating in the Sporting Bears Dream Rides initiative, meaning a quick donation to charity gets you strapped in for a cruise around the block.
 

The Last Capri Ever Made Turns 40

In December 1986, Ford closed the book on a legendary coupe by building just 1,038 units of the Capri 280 over a brief 18-day production run. To mark the 40th anniversary of this iconic final send-off, the Capri 280 Club is gathering four pristine examples under one roof.

Three of these cars belong to brand-new club members exhibiting at the NEC for the very first time. Expect to see immaculate paintwork, perfectly polished Brooklands Green finishes, and a dedicated team of owners ready to share their passion for the ultimate Capri.

Four Vivas, One 60th Birthday

The Vauxhall Viva turns 60 this year, and the Viva Owners Club is throwing a proper celebration for one of Britain’s most underrated family classics. The stand will showcase four distinct variants, highlighting the versatility of the model across its production run.

Highlights include a rare Crayford convertible variant alongside a freshly completed HB SL Estate straight out of an intensive nut-and-bolt restoration. It is a fitting tribute to an accessible classic that mobilized a generation.
