The Lancaster Insurance Classic Motor Show is expanding its modified car offering for 2026 with the brand-new Zircotec Modified Zone powered by Copacetic Magazine. Taking over part of Hall 5 from 13-15 November, the dedicated area will bring together 15 distinctive modified classic cars, alongside aftermarket specialists from the scene.

Following the success of last year’s modified display, the new Zone will showcase cars from BMW, Audi, Ford, Porsche, Vauxhall, Mini and Peugeot, with every build manufactured before 2006. From subtle upgrades to seriously creative builds, it’s a celebration of the engineering, individuality and creativity that continues to keep classic cars relevant.

About the brands

Copacetic Magazine, focused on modified cars, logo

What is Copacetic?

In essence, it’s a magazine about modified cars – but it’s not quite as simple as that. For a lot of people, that term suggests hatchbacks with fibreglass bodykits and burnouts on seafronts, but the scene has moved on since the nineties. Sure, there’s still a passionate movement for cars of that ilk, and we’re keen to celebrate them – but today, ‘modified cars’ represents so much more. There are the restomods, the low-volume supercars, the skunkworks specials, the future-facing concept cars, the high-tech race cars. What we showcase in these pages is the full spectrum of non-standard automobiles: if it’s outside of the mainstream (and, ideally, if it’s a bit weird and/or requires some explaining), that’s where we’re at. Beautifully designed, thoughtfully written, this is a magazine like no other.

About the Partnership

Tom Clarke, Business Development Manager for Zircotec: “We are so excited to be part of the Lancaster Insurance Classic Motor Show and help grow the Modified Zone into a feature for us all to enjoy. Because the manufactures didn't always get it right!”

Daniel Bevis, Editor/Owner for Copaceitc Magazine: "We're really looking forward to meeting car enthusiasts face-to-face in the Modified Zone at the Lancaster Insurance Classic Motor Show. In an increasingly digital age, it's so important to take our hobby offline and interact with like-minded people in the moment. Can't wait to see you all there."
