Classic Motor Show 2022

Since 1984, hundreds of the UK’s best known classic car dealers, service providers and traders have chosen the Classic Motor Show as their annual ‘showroom’ to reach the thousands of classic car and bike enthusiasts that attend.

As the season finale, the event is a celebration of all things classic motoring, including everyday classics, thoroughbreds and prestige marques.

There is always a superb variety of cars available for sale, catering for all tastes and budgets, with cars on offer from entry level, sub-£10,000 bracket, to the £100,000-plus bracket.

We offer a range of exhibiting options designed to suit every type of company, brand or trader, please see below.

We also have a number of sponsorship opportunities available for exhibitors and non-exhibitors, which can be found here.

Why Exhibit?

For decades the classic car market has delivered superb results and has 'ridden' the changing economic landscape very well.

Due to the 'alternative investment' opportunity that classic cars provide, many companies have found that their businesses have actually performed better.

Exhibiting Options

The Classic Motor Show takes over multiple halls within the NEC, Birmingham, with the layout divided into to sections to group traders and clubs into complementary areas. The team will be able to advise where your company/brand is best suited to make the most of those focused on what you offer.

Trade Stands

Occupying the best locations for constant visitor traffic, trade stands suit companies requiring a high profile presence.

Shell Scheme - a ready built stand for you to 'move in' to and furnish with your branding and products: £285 + VAT per m²

Space Only -  floor space allowing exhibitors to build their entire stand from the ground up: £255 + VAT per m²

Minimum stand size available: 6m² (e.g. 3m x 2m, 4m x 1.5m)

Car Dealers

Many dealers make this event their annual showroom as car sales are always very strong. Open to Dealers offering quality vehicles at all price ranges.

Dealer Stands - space only plus carpet: £69 + VAT per m²

How much space will I need?

For average sized cars we recommend 15m² / 5m x 3m per car with the doors open or 5m x 1.7m with the doors closed. Please bear in mind that displaying cars tightly may not be as rewarding as fewer cars with more 'breathing space'. Serious buyers will need to be able to fully access the vehicles.

Restoration Area

The Restoration Area surrounds the popular Restoration Theatre and is populated by companies offering all manners of restoration products and services; from tools, to trim, plating to painting, for a small job to a full 'ground-up' restoration.

If your company sells restoration products or offers a restoration service, the Restoration Area is for you: £69 + VAT per m²

Minimum stand size: 25m² for product retailers or 6m² for service providers.

Autojumble

The Autojumble is extremely important to this market trading in rare, old parts, books, manuals, badges and a myriad of other items sought out by enthusiasts.

The Classic Motor Show hosts one of the UK's largest indoor Autojumbles and the area is always thriving, delivering superb sales for our regular 'Jumblers'!

Autojumble Stands: from £215 + VAT per plot
Bikejumble Stands: from £195 + VAT per pot

All plots are all space only and measure 4m x 2m.

Classic Trader Village

The Classic Trader Village is designed as a budget option for smaller traders offering classic motoring based products that can not be classified as 'Autojumble'.

This is a market-style area, similar to the Autojumble, populated by new classic motoring products. The Classic Trader Village also presents a superb opportunity for smaller companies not ready to commit to a Trade Stand.

Classic Trader Village: from £382 + VAT per plot

All stands are all space only and measure 3m x 3m.

Car & Bike Clubs

Each year the show welcomes hundreds of classic car and bike clubs who fill the halls with their wonderful marques. Each and every club, with their members, bring so much joy and knowledge, along with their beautiful vehicles. We aim to represent a broad range of marques and models so visitors can be sure to find their favourites.
